CHARIS 2nd World Intercession Conference
CHARIS, through the Intercession Commission, is organising the second world intercession conference with the participation of some members of the International Service of Communion. The conference is aimed at members of communities, schools of evangelisation and prayer groups that are part of the Current of grace the CCR. Priests, bishops and cardinals are also invited to participate.
The conference will offer meaningful moments of prayer, fellowship and sharing among leaders, as well as important opportunities for formation. This year, the conference will be exceptionally longer than usual, lasting four days, to allow us to experience each moment together more intensely.
Over time, CHARIS has felt the need to intensify intercession in response to the ‘signs of the times.’ Intercessors have a key, urgent, and prophetic role. We want to set aside time to share this great vision that the Lord is revealing.
New Life – The Life in the Spirit Seminar
CHARIS – Catholic Charismatic Renewal International Service – is the new unique service desired by Pope Francis for the current of grace that is the Catholic Charismatic Renewal – CCR. Its Statutes were promulgated on December 8, 2018, by the Dicastery for Laity, Family and Life. CHARIS is at the service of all the realities of the Catholic Charismatic Renewal worldwide: prayer groups, communities, schools of evangelization, ministries and any other charismatic reality that the Holy Spirit inspires. One of the objectives of CHARIS is to “organize opportunities for formation” (CHARIS Statutes, art. 03) by providing valuable tools such as the New Life in the Spirit Seminar which we have called New Life. This year CHARIS is launching New Life in English in preparation for Pentecost 2025.
